Wine:

From a 60-are parcel, the 2022 white Chablis 1er Cru Montmains presents a fresh and mineral profile that will benefit from patient aging. This Chardonnay is floral, mouthwatering, and vibrant, with finely crafted texture around subtle flavors of yellow fruits and white peach. A delight that remains fresh and digestible!

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Plot of 60 ares. Bottled early March 2024.

Nose:

Bouquet of white flowers underscored by shell notes.

Palate:

Fresh and sapid with ripe fruit, this wine with its mineral profile develops a juice with a salivating structure and notes of yellow fruit.
