Aromatic complexity, citrus and spice notes: the 2021 red Echézeaux Grand Cru is a soft, deep wine, distinguished and subtle, with lush body, floral and mellow amplitude, and a full-bodied, digestible finish. A monument to be treasured in the cellar!Vinification:
Hand-harvested. Vinification 80% whole grapes. 40% matured in new barrels, 60% in barrels aged 1, 2 or 3 years. After 14 months' ageing, the wines are racked into vats, rested for 3 months and bottled without filtration or fining.Color:
