The palate is refined yet approachable, with the depth and texture expected of a Premier Cru. Subtle hints of oak provide structure without overshadowing the precise flavours. Hand harvested. Vines around fifty years old. 100% destemmed grapes. Aged in oak barrels, 18% of which are new. Bottled on fruit day in January 2019.Color:
