Wine:

The Meursault 1er Cru Les Bouchères White 2021 offers a refined Chardonnay where the oak is perfectly integrated (only one-quarter new oak) and the fruit shines. We appreciate the lively palate, the completeness, and the comforting nature of this wine; in short, it's a model of the appellation!

Vinification:

Hand-harvested. Aging for 12 to 18 months in French oak barrels, including 25% new oak.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C in a large wine glass.

Food and wine pairing:

Poultry in creamy morel sauce, veal blanquette, grilled lobster with tarragon butter, scallop casserole with curry, pike with Nantua sauce, noble fish.
