Wine:
The 2017 red Monthélie 1er Cru Champ Fulliot is a little gem that's already ready to drink but could still accomplish a few more years of aging. The delicate nose reveals notes of Morello cherry, with the freshness and positive evolution of 2017. The palate is lightly extracted, infused rather than full-bodied, with a slight graininess, mellow tannins, good overall texture and great balance. A very fine Premier Cru level.
Temperature:
Serve between 14 and 16°C.An undisputed benchmark in Burgundy, Louis Jadot is a prestigious house like few others, spreading the excellence of its expertise around the world.
