Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinified with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation carried out in full.
Aged in oak barrels.

An intense carmine red.

Pure and precise, with beautifully ripe fruit, this wine offers fresh, finely acidic, well-balanced juice.

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
