The 2021 Red Pinot Noir Burgundy showcases vibrant aromas of red fruits, including raspberry and sour cherry, complemented by a subtle touch of oak. The palate is elegant and silky, with a crisp, finely structured profile and polished tannins. This cuvée impresses with its harmony and drinkability. Awarded 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, aged 80% in demi-muids and 20% in 228-litre barrels, no fining, light filtration.

Deep, brilliant garnet red.

Nose:

Aromas of red fruit, raspberry and Morello cherry mixed with fine woody notes.

Palate:

Fine and silky, this cuvée delights with its refined tannins, gentle freshness, and beautifully balanced character, making it exceptionally enjoyable.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
