Highlighted by an elegantly floral bouquet, the 2021 red Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Lavrottes is a pure delight of fresh and noble aromas. This calcareous, very rocky terroir, combined with 50-year-old vines and whole bunch fermentation, produces a pinot of remarkable finesse, elegance, and style. It's a wine with delicate scents of rose and violet, complemented by notes of tea and sandalwood, poured into a smooth, complex, and sapid structure. A masterpiece, available in limited quantities!

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, vinified as whole grapes, with twice-daily punching of the cap for 2 weeks.
Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation in rooms.
Aged on lees in barrels without racking, with stirring and no SO2 for 16 months.
