Vinified without adding wood, the 2022 Chablis Blanc releases aromas of fresh fruit and beautiful white flowers and citrus. This is a taut, invigorating white, extremely pleasant, very pure, stretched by a beautiful mineral persistence. Ideal as an aperitif, or with seafood or dry cheeses.Vinification:
Hand harvested, gently pressed, vinified and aged on fine lees for 6 to 8 months in stainless steel vats, stirring of the lees, bottled on the estate, lightly fined.Color:
Bright pale yellow with silver highlights.Nose:
Fresh and delicate, with notes of citrus and white flowers.Palate:
Pure and invigorating with fresh fruit, this wine offers immediate pleasure, with chiseled juice and fine mineral persistence.
