Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Seafood platter, marinated and smoked fish.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2028.

An accomplished figure in Chablis, Michel Laroche is one of the appellation's tenors. Since 2012, he has been working at Domaine d'Henri alongside his daughters Cécile and Margaux, withdrawn to the family's historic vineyards, to deliver wines that are always crystal-clear and impeccably chiseled, rated 1 star in the RVF Guide.

A family affair that has now attained a very high level of quality, winning over the whole world and the finest gourmet tables. Ongoing organic conversion, long ageing periods respecting the integrity of the fruit, perfect mastery of the Chablis terroirs: these are the assets of this highly prized, confidential Maison.
