Wine:

The 2021 red Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Aux Argillas, crafted from 60-year-old vines rooted in a limestone base, is nurtured with care and a subtle touch of oak, capturing the elegance of its distinguished terroir. Defined by precision, depth, and a saline character, it unfolds intense black fruit notes, complemented by exotic wood, rose, wildflowers, and a hint of spice. Vinification:

Hand-harvested, vinified as whole grapes, with twice-daily punching down for 3 weeks.
Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation in rooms.
Aged on lees,without racking, with SO2-free riddling for 16 months.
