Wine:

The 2020 white Ajaccio Vaccelli impresses with its authentic grape flavor and a bright start. This white wine is notable for its full-bodied mid-palate, smooth and engaging texture, refined through careful aging that preserves the fruit's true character. Its expertly managed winemaking process and impressive finish are key features.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested. Vinification and ageing for 12 months on lees in 500-litre demi-muids, followed by 7 months of mass ageing in stainless-steel vats.

Certified organic wine.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C in a large glass.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif with tapas, seafood, grilled fish and fresh Corsican cheeses.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2030.
