Wine:
A blend of 80% Grenache and Niellucciu, the 2023 Red IGP Île de Beauté YL is a bold yet silky wine with plenty of character. Sourced from the Partinelone vineyard, where clay-limestone soils meet schist, it delivers a fresh, supple red with generous notes of red berries, rose, and peony. Bright with freshness and elegance, it’s both refreshing and full of flavour. A perfect match for roasted poultry or delicate cured meats.Vinification:
Hand harvested, bunches sorted, maceration, fermentation and 12 months' ageing in stainless steel vats.Certified organic wine.
