Wine:

Staying true to the grape, the 2023 White Riesling is a vibrant wine with irresistible charm. Crafted without any oak influWhiteence, it beautifully showcases the varietal's character, opening with a pure, fresh, and floral bouquet featuring aromas of white fruits, tropical notes, and a hint of pepper. On the palate, it reveals a delicate, tangy freshness, a lively texture, and a touch of minerality that adds a refined elegance. This light, flavourful white wine is perfectly balanced and ready to enjoy now, with the potential to age gracefully for over five years. Vinification:

Hand harvested and whole grapes pressed. Natural fermentation lasts up to 3 months, followed by several months' ageing in vats.

Bright pale yellow.

Very pure and fresh, aromas of white flowers with a hint of white pepper reveal themselves from the very first nose.

Palate:

A fresh, vibrant wine with a touch of minerality that enhances the cuvée, showcasing understated aging and remarkable balance.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
