Wine:
Precise, fresh and bright, the 1er Cru Blanc Millésimé 2013 Champagne unfolds with a certain amount of restraint and straightforwardness. This wine is marked by the mineral terroir that gave birth to it, and fermented in oak barrels. It displays great tension, fresh notes of fruit such as red berries, and a lot of dynamism. A long and very energetic champagne, ideally suited for the aperitif; the freshness of the vintage and its tension make it particularly suitable for raw fish. A goldsmith's wine!Vinification:
Hand harvested, from the following parcels: Coulommes-la-Montagne, Villedommande and Vrigny, 100% alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels, no partial malolactic fermentation.Disgorgement November 2021.
