Vinification:

Hand harvested, indigenous yeasts. Fermentation and maceration on skins. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged 18 to 22 months in French oak barrels.
Unfined, unfiltered wine.

Bright ruby-garnet red.

Nose:

Subtle Morello cherry aromas and a touch of rose, all on a delicate woody and spicy note.

Palate:

Rich and remarkably silky, the refined imprint of this Niebbolo delivers a supple, juicy frame on coated, well-balanced tannins.

Temperature:

Decant one to two hours before serving, between 16 and 18°C.

Osso bucco, grilled beef, cheeses.
