Vinification:

Hand-picked in early October. Traditional floating-cap fermentation for 15 to 20 days. Aged in oak barrels for several months.

Color:

Ruby red with purplish highlights.

Nose:

Perfectly ripe, intensely powerful fruity aromas with delicate floral notes.

Palate:

A cuvee with an intense, velvety tannic structure and a fine balance of richness and elegance on the palate.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Beef picatta with apple raffia, lamb meatball with herbs, roast quail with red fruit reduction.
