On the palate, it’s dense, smooth, and vibrant, with peppery notes and a refreshing lift that keeps everything in balance. This is a harmonious, finely judged wine with outstanding value. Perfect alongside slow-cooked beef, grilled or braised red meats—and built to age for five years or more. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.
