Vinification:

Direct pressing after harvest. Natural decanting, low-temperature fermentation. Aged in vats.

Color:

Salmon rosé.

Nose:

Fresh and lively, with aromas of redcurrant, wild strawberry, raspberry and violet.

Palate:

Crisp and juicy, the attack is frank and greedy with this aromatic, tasty and convivial rosé.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
