This is an intense, beautifully expressive white—round, full, and layered with fresh and exotic fruit alongside delicate floral touches. Its freshness is striking, and the tension is superb. A remarkable bottle to enjoy in its youth or cellar for added complexity.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Aged on the lees in demi-muids for a relative period of one year.
Certified biodynamic wine.
