Born from a perfectly controlled vintage, the 2010 Coteaux du Languedoc Red has now fully revealed its greatness. Mediterranean notes of garrigue and thyme unfold beautifully alongside vibrant fruit flavors, all framed by a structure of impressive depth. In magnum format, it’s the ultimate expression of generosity and shared enjoyment. Rated 96/100 by the Revue du Vin de France wine guide and 97/100 by Bettane+Desseauve.

Vinification:

Aged for 14 months in demi-muids, with separate terroirs and grape varieties. Blended and aged for a further 12 months in tuns.
Certified organic wine.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Duck breast, rack of lamb, ceps and mushrooms à la bordelaise, grilled beef.
