Prieuré de Beauregard - IGP Pays d'Oc - Rosé - 2022

Wine:

Delicate and fruity, the 2022 L'IGP Pays d'Oc Rosé is dynamic and fresh, with a crunchy, gourmet texture. A lovely summer rosé to enjoy with pasta au pistou, pizza or stuffed eggplant. The star of summer at a great price!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, direct pressing, low-temperature fermentation, aged in vats on fine lees with stirring until February.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Bright rosé with light copper/orange tones.

Nose:

Very true to the aromas of a southern rosé, with citrus aromas and hints of strawberry. A very straightforward nose.

Palate:

Beautifully pure and mature, this rosé offers a fruity, fairly supple juice, light in acidity, while maintaining a crisp balance. The whole is greedy and very accessible.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitifs, mixed salads, grilled fish and white meats.
