As the coolest terroir in the Languedoc, the Pic Saint-Loup is a tremendous reservoir of juicy, gourmet wines. Thanks to the talent of Frédéric Mézy (Clos des Augustins), Le Prieuré de Beauregard has become a master in this area, benefiting from extremely well-situated plots on clay-limestone soils, undoubtedly among the most enviable in the sector.
Altitude, withdrawal into the foothills of the Cévennes and eastern exposure form the ideal conditions for fresh, invigorating, punchy, certified organic wines.
