Wine:

Beautifully mature, with no signs of aging, the 2022 white Sauvignon Blanc Touraine wine delights with its pure and precise aromas of fruits and florals, with light citrus notes. The fresh and pure palate is sapid, giving the sensation of crisp, tonic, and perfectly balanced flavors of fruit. A mastery that will pair beautifully with aperitifs, seafood, and goat's cheese. Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation.

Bright light gold.

Nose:

Fresh, clean and beautifully mature with floral flavors and light citrus notes.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
