Wine:

Vinified with very little sulfur, the 2023 white Touraine Trinqu’âmes delightfully opens with very pure floral notes of fresh mint and vineyard peach, creating a complex, light, and airy nose. The palate is equally compelling, featuring both ripe and delicate notes with fine exotic flavors. This is a perfectly balanced white, with depth and beautiful minerality, suited for both an aperitif and pairing with fish dishes. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee

Vinification:

Hand harvested, grapes purchased from our partners, alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeasts in fiberglass vats, aged on fine lees for 4 months.

Color:

Bright pale yellow.

Nose:

Beautiful, pure aromatic nose marked by fresh notes of mint leaf, flowers and vine peach.

Palate:

This wine's delicate, ripe palate is enhanced by exotic flavors, and the whole is well-balanced with a fine minerality.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
