A success story! The 2022 Red Mon Garenne IGP Val de Loire reveals lovely, intense, straightforward aromas of peony and rose, highlighted by restrained ageing. The full-bodied, concentrated structure offers a fine quality of tannin that accompanies this velvety juice with its peppery finish. A true revelation! Hand-harvested. Destemming, cold pre-fermentation maceration for a week, followed by native yeast fermentation for around 3 weeks. Aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months before bottling.Color:
