Wine:

The 2021 red Sancerre once again showcases the undeniable expertise of whole bunch vinification, a hallmark of the estate. The wine consistently delivers beautiful purity and well-ripened, expressive fruit, with a satisfying crunch and plenty of freshness. It's a delight to drink now and will remain so over the next five years.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, sorted, whole grapes macerated between 2 and 4 weeks, aged for 12 months in 500L barrels and vats, then 12 months in vats.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Bright, clear ruby red.

Nose:

Very delicate and light, expressing freshness and intense aromas of blackcurrant syrup.

Palate:

Delicate and delicate, the juice is sapid and crunchy, with lots of freshness and gourmandise.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Food and wine pairing:

For aperitifs, barbecued filet mignon, beef lasagne, spicy chicken brochettes.
