Roundness, balance and deliciousness: the 2018 Sweet white Vouvray is a little marvel of balance between sugar and freshness. Already very pleasant, it is a great wine that will reveal its full potential in a few years. Perfect with a marbled pastry, a sweet and salty dish or a poultry with a delicately spiced cream.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, traditionally grown, aged for about 7 months in 300L old oak barrels.Residual sugar : 78g/l.
