Wine:

The newest addition to the estate and a standalone appellation in its own right, the 2023 White Clos de la Coulée de Serrant showcases exceptional purity and precision. Bursting with energy and depth, it unfolds in layers, from an earthy, vibrant core to a finely structured, invigorating finish. Brimming with complexity, tension, and vibrancy, this is a jubilant vintage with remarkable length—one that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression. Rated 95/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinification without chaptalisation or relevurage, no temperature control, 1 to 2 rackings, stirring of the lees, very light filtration known as ‘pre-filtration’, aged in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months, new wood limited to 5%, light sulphiting before bottling.

Vineyard certified in organic and biodynamic agriculture since 1981.

Color:

Luminescent golden.

Nose:

A beautifully mature grape with aromas of yellow fruits and honey combined with mineral notes.

Palate:

A wine with incredible energy, showcasing a complex, taut structure, lifted by vibrant intensity and a remarkably long finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
Storage: The low or zero sulphur content at bottling requires cellar storage below 14°C to guarantee the quality and longevity of this wine.

Endives with ham and black truffle, piece of turbot with mousseline sauce and citrus zest, poultry in a creamy sauce with white Alba truffle.
