Wine:

Made from gravelly areas and aged without the use of wood, the 2020 Red Chinon has a crisp, fruity palate full of freshness. Without excessive richness or power, this Chinon is dashing and straightforward, with fine and smooth tannins. All the finest expression of a great Cabernet is concentrated here. A wine that perfectly matches the ambition of the estate. Reserved for VIPs, only on allocation and in limited quantities.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinification 8 months in concrete tanks.

Color:

Bright ruby red with purple highlights.

Nose:

Tasty aromas of red and black fruits.

Palate:

Fresh and vibrant, this wine with fine and elegant tannins offers a beautiful finish all in smoothness

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
