Wine:

The 2022 red Chinon Tradition offers an irresistible expression of Cabernet Franc, with graphite and wild blackberry notes, and well-integrated aging that highlights the fruit. This brilliance is confirmed on the palate with a fresh, juicy, and full-bodied juice, benefiting from the vintage's depth and the aging in 500-liter barrels, without any ostentatious woodiness. A textbook example! This bottle deserves an additional six months in the cellar to fully open up and reveal all its qualities. Rated 94/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand, vinified for 8 months in concrete vats.

Deep, violet-red.

Decant before serving, between 16 and 18°C.
