Of great purity, the 2023 white Sancerre La Terre des Anges opens with refreshing floral notes, of wisteria in particular. The precise, lively, sharp structure offers a light, thirst-quenching style, with lovely freshness and crisp fruity notes. An ideal white to pair with goat's cheese, oysters and delicate cuisine. Vinification:

Hand-harvested, pneumatically pressed, low-temperature settling. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, aged on fine lees for 9 months.

Certified organic wine.

Pale yellow with bright green highlights.
