Wine:

Driven by perfectly matured Mourvèdre, the 2023 Bandol Rosé presents itself in a delicious fruity tone, featuring notes of white pepper and red fruits. Vibrant and full-bodied, it showcases a juicy and remarkably fine texture. Its strong character promises good aging potential, during which it will develop its saline and spicy flavors. Enjoy it now with grilled fish or white meats. A splendid embodiment of Bandol rosé!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, slow fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Aged in stainless steel vats.

Scents of red fruit, white pepper and spicy notes.

Palate:

This rosé is full of character, revealing lovely notes of spice, roasted apricot and tangerine that are absolutely irresistible. The full-bodied, powerful palate combines minerality with greedy fruit. The roundness and remarkable finish of this wine make it a real winner, not only today, but also over the next few years of aging!
