Wine:

Predominantly made from Grenache grapes, the 2022 Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Esprit Provence Rosé is a distinctive rosé, both delicate and assured, of beautiful fruity aromas of red fruit and citrus. Full-bodied, the palate remains lively, fresh, and very thirst-quenching, creating an extremely delicate, modern, and flavorful whole, suitable for octopus salad, grilled fish, or fresh cheeses. In Magnum format, convivial par excellence, the pleasure is multiplied tenfold; ideal for large summer tables!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, cold-stored for 8 days, two-week vinification in concrete vats.

Color:

Very pale rosé with coppery highlights.

Nose:

Pure and clean, with fruity, red fruit, citrus and apple flavors.

Palate:

This rosé, with its tonic, fresh and delicate structure, is light and crisp.

Temperature:

Serve between 6 and 8°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, grilled fish, fresh cheeses.
