Wine:
The 2022 IGP Méditerranée Studio Rosé is a very classic Provence rosé with a pale hue, a delicate and pure nose, built around red fruits and a touch of anise. The palate is light, with elegance and delicate bitters on the finish. This is a light rosé, ideal for the aperitif, and very thirst-quenching.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Direct pressing of all the grape varieties. Vinification of the Cinsault and Tibouren in stainless steel tanks, then of the Grenache and Rolle partially in concrete tulip-shaped tanks with a rounded bottom, generating a natural convection movement which puts the lees in suspension and is similar to a stirring. The estate has chosen to package this wine with a Stelvin screw cap, thus preserving its freshness and exempting it from any corky taste defect.
