Wine:
The 2022 IGP Méditerranée Studio Rosé is a very classic Provence rosé wine, with a pale hue and a delicate, pure nose built around red fruits and a hint of aniseed. The palate is light, with elegance and delicate bitters on the finish. A light, thirst-quenching rosé, ideal as an aperitif. In Magnum format, it'll be the star of your big tables!Vinification:
Hand-harvested, the Cinsault and Tibouren grapes are matured in stainless-steel vats, followed by the Grenache and Rolle grapes in tulip-shaped concrete tanks with rounded bottoms, generating a natural convection movement that suspends the lees and resembles bâtonnage (stirring of the lees). The estate has chosen to package this wine with a Stelvin screw cap, thus preserving its freshness and eliminating any cork taint.

Far from being reduced to its famous owner, Brad Pitt, Château Miraval is first and foremost a formidable terroir of Provence, bordered by olive trees and pine forests, where the Perrin family - Château Beaucastel - excels in forging subtle, delicate and fruity white and rosé wines.
It is in this preserved setting of nearly 1000 hectares of wilderness that these wines, prized for their freshness and authenticity, are born. Organic farming, an incredible patchwork of terroirs and a luxurious environment are amongst the key differentiating factors of this unique place, which is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful wineries in France.
