Wine:
A blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 red IGP Alpilles Cornaline is a wine of great eloquence, shaped by the scents of the South, between garrigue and black fruits. Its rocky temperament perfectly anchors it in this generous terroir, with a sunny consistency that has retained a lot of freshness. A wine for aging that already shows great promise after 5 years of evolution. Rated 96/100 by RVF.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, totally destemmed, vinified in wooden truncated-cone vats, with daily light punching of the cap, and vatting for 2 to 3 weeks. Aged for 2 years in 30 Hl tuns (no new wood).Certified organic wine.

Dominique Hauvette is a central figure in Provence, tending to her vineyards for over 30 years with the same energy, patience, and sensitivity.
