The 2023 IGP Méditerranée Plaisir Rosé is all about lightness and finesse, featuring fruity notes, particularly strawberry. Decanting or aerating it in a large glass will enhance its fresh and lively character. This light, ripe, and supple rosé is best enjoyed well-chilled throughout the summer.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vines aged 20 years on average, aged on lees for 2 months in concrete vats.

After aeration, a nose of freshness and finesse, marked by fruity touches reminiscent of strawberries.

A wine with a ripe, light and pleasant style.
