All crisp fruit, without the addition of wood, the 2022 white IGP Collines Rhodaniennes Viognier is a ripe, elegant white wine, a well-flavored Viognier with a lovely, fresh, acidic structure. A must-have of its kind, to be enjoyed as an aperitif with marinated salmon or scrambled eggs.Vinification:
Gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation in vats at 18/20°C, malolactic fermentation carried out for only 25% of the volume.Aged in vats on fine lees.
