Wine:

All crisp fruit, without the addition of wood, the 2022 white IGP Collines Rhodaniennes Viognier is a ripe, elegant white wine, a well-flavored Viognier with a lovely, fresh, acidic structure. A must-have of its kind, to be enjoyed as an aperitif with marinated salmon or scrambled eggs.

Vinification:

Gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation in vats at 18/20°C, malolactic fermentation carried out for only 25% of the volume.
Aged in vats on fine lees.

Color:

Bright pale yellow.

Nose:

Fresh, with crisp fruit aromas.

Palate:

Elegant and tangy with fragrant fruit, this wine's crisp profile releases a juice that is both ripe and fresh.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, marinated salmon, egg scramble.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2025.
