Wine:
The 2021 red Côtes-du-Rhône Réserve is intense, brimming with lovely dark fruit, particularly blackberry, and well-developed tannic structure. It's a very dense wine with a very appealing mid-palate, still young but with real potential. A fine achievement highlighted by aromas of violet, it's a high-caliber wine that can be enjoyed in its youth but will continue to improve over the next two years. Pair it with red meats, like a hearty stew, for example.Vinification:
