The 2021 red Saint-Joseph Peygros presents a superb smoothness and mellowness in the mouth, adorned with beautiful floral and spicy nuances. Crafted with the collaboration of Jean-Louis Grippat, Stéphane Robert's first mentor, this cuvée is superbly distinguished and balanced. A wine of refinement, with well-managed aging and clear potential, destined to go far.Vinification:
Harvested by hand. Plot of old vines, located in Tournon-sur-Rhône (cradle of Saint-Joseph) in the "Peygros" area. Vinification and ageing in parcels for 14 months. Bottle-aged for 12 months before release.Certified wine from a High Environmental Value farm.
