Wine:

Brimming with freshness and fruitiness, the 2022 White IGP Collines Rhodaniennes Marsanne showcases a harmonious and poised representation of its varietal. Aromas and flavors of white flowers and white fruits come together, creating a wine that's both rich and taut. A delightful mineral touch is paired with a lasting finish marked by subtle bitterness.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, gentle and rapid pressing, separation of free-run and press juices, cold settling for 24 to 48 hours.
Alcoholic fermentation in vats between 16 and 20°C with regular stirring of the lees during the first months of ageing, no malolactic fermentation.
Aged in vats on fine lees.

Color:

Beautifully intense, brilliant gold.

Nose:

Very Rhone-style, with white fruit aromas and soft floral notes.

Palate:

This wine is both full-bodied and tense, with a fresh profile and long-lasting minerality.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
