Vinification:

Gentle pressing, separation of free-run juice and press juice, followed by cold settling for 24 hours.Aged in vats on fine lees until bottling.

Pale yellow with green highlights.

Fresh and delicate with delicate fruity aromas, this wine is ideal as an aperitif, releasing a juice with a lovely acidic structure.
