Wine:

Orchestrated by one of the greatest names of the Rhône Valley, the 2021 red Côtes-du-Rhône Le Temps est Venu is a very accessible wine. The fruity and tasty nose, with its black fruits and spices aromas, is not affected by the ageing process and gives way to an easy and digestible palate that is extremely pleasant. Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinification in whole bunches, in thermo-regulated concrete vats, indigenous yeasts, aged for 10 months in concrete vats.

Color:

Dark ruby with violet reflections.

Nose:

Delicious, with aromas of black fruits and spices.

Palate:

Pleasant and youthful, this wine is very accessible and easy to drink.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Beef carpaccio, Flemish-style carbonnade, chicken fajitas, pork filet mignon.

From now until 2029.
