Vinification:

Hand-harvested, 80% destemmed. Traditional vinification. Aged in vats for 1 year, then in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.

Intense red with violet highlights.

A lovely ripeness is revealed right from the first nose, with a hint of herbaceousness and hints of menthol and garrigue.

Palate:

A fresh, rich, powerful juice with a supple, silky texture, beautiful relief and long, subtle persistence.
