Wine:

The 2022 red Saint-Joseph  is a paragon of its kind, featuring a particularly well-crafted and refined Syrah. It boasts beautiful aromas of red and black fruits, notes of violet, and spices. The palate follows this clean and distinct profile, structured with fine tannins, great freshness, and perfect balance. Simply perfect, ready to enjoy in three to four years or even more.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested. Vines with an average age of 40 years, located in the communes of Tournon-sur-Rhône, Mauves and Glun. Vinification and ageing by plot for 14 months.

Certified wine from a High Environmental Value farm.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.

Food and wine pairing:

Lamb chop with Provence herbs, black pudding sautéed with apples, duck leg with thyme, Tandoori chicken.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2028 and beyond for enthusiasts.
