The 2022 red Cornas Vin Noir, sourced from three hillsides of old vines, is stunning in its concentration, purity, and depth. A serious and streamlined great wine, it showcases tremendous length and impresses with its density and texture. Everything is already in place to make this an exquisite bottle in a decade. Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Aged 14 months in barrels.

Certified wine from a High Environmental Value farm.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.

Roast duck with olives, flank steak with shallots, mushroom-crusted pigeon.
