Wine:

From the registered vineyard that gave its name to the appellation, the 2021 red Lieu-Dit Saint-Joseph is a syrah of full freshness, complexity, and delicacy. Another great success in this vintage of tension and balance, which should refine with time and offer one of the flagship wines of the region.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, controlled alcoholic fermentation at temperatures up to 33°C, aged for 24 months in new oak.

Bright, intense red.

Nose:

Bewitching fragrances of cherry and black fruit.

Palate:

Fresh and delicate, this wine has a complex, fresh and well-balanced profile.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
