From the registered vineyard that gave its name to the appellation, the 2021 red Lieu-Dit Saint-Joseph is a syrah of full freshness, complexity, and delicacy. Vinification:

Hand-harvested, controlled alcoholic fermentation at temperatures up to 33°C, aged for 24 months in new oak.

Color:

Bright, intense red.

Nose:

Bewitching fragrances of cherry and black fruit.

Palate:

Fresh and delicate, this wine has a complex, fresh and well-balanced profile.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Grilled meats, leg of lamb with Provence herbs, Tandoori chicken.
