The 2021 Red Domaine des Tourettes Hermitage offers a stunning balance of maturity and freshness, showcasing floral elegance and depth. Aromas of violet, spices, peony, and rose are seamlessly interwoven, delivering exceptional harmony and precision. On the palate, it reveals a velvety, delicate style with concentrated yet refined textures, marked by a supple, generous character. This is a wine of true sophistication, best enjoyed in 3 to 4 years. Awarded 94/100 by the Selection Committee.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, terroir by terroir, at optimum ripeness on 3 plots: Grandes Vignes, Le Sabot, Les Bessards, vines aged between 20 and 90 years. 100% destemmed. Fermentation and maceration of the parcels separately, in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for around 3 weeks, with pumping over and punching of the cap during the first part of fermentation. Aged for 12 months in barrels, then 6 months in stainless steel vats.Color:
