Served in a large glass to promote aeration, the 2020 White Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Anonyme displays beautiful floral and white fruit notes that are very delicate and refined, with a touch of stone and orgeat. The palate is chiseled, frank, and acidulous, forming a digestible and fresh whole, finishing on delicate bitters. This is a wine of great class that can be served as an aperitif, with raw fish, in sauce, or grilled. This white Châteauneuf will be appreciated for its freshness and dynamism! Hand harvested. Different plots of land throughout the appellation characterized by a strong precocity and a limited yield. Vinification and maturation in oak barrels for 4 months with regular stirring for the Roussanne. Fermentation at low temperature and maturation in stainless steel tanks for the Clairette and the Grenache Blanc.Certified organic wine.
