The 2022 Red IGP Collines Rhodaniennes Domaine des Gardes offers delicate notes of violet and black fruit with impressive intensity. This Syrah, grown on sandy soils, showcases excellent ripeness and is crafted with elegance, delivering a pure, fresh profile with remarkable depth. Balanced tannins enhance its structure, making it a refined and expressive wine. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Completely destemmed, traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats. Gentle extraction by pumping-over and delestage. Vatting for 20 days under controlled temperature. Aged in stainless steel and concrete vats.

Bright red with purplish highlights.

Notes de violette et de fruits noirs, ponctuées de fines touches de syrah sur sables, très septentrionale

Palate:

Pure and fresh, with aromas of perfectly ripened fruit, this cuvée offers a refined profile with impressive depth and clarity, supported by balanced tannins.
